Tribute to Mimi

Hi all!

As some of y'all know, my husband's grandmother passed away last week.  We miss her so much!  For her viewing and her funeral, I made a collage of her pics.  I also added flowers to the layout to match the flowers we picked out for her casket...

I had made the following tree for her for Christmas, but she never got to see it.  We put it in her casket.  She loved to collect angels so I made a paper angel for the tree topper.  The body of the tree was a styrofoam cone that I covered with strips of paper that I snipped, curled, and pinned to the cone.

In loving Memory.... Mimi Satchell

Hi everyone,

it is with great sadness and a heavy heart that I share with you the news that my wonderful G-ma-in-law passed away early this morning.  She was an amazing woman with an awesome life story.....  She was 95 years old.

Wednesday Dec 8: Viewing from 6pm to 8pm at John M Taylor Funeral Home in Annapolis, MD

Thursday Dec 9: Funeral service at 10am at John M Taylor Funeral Home
Burial service will be held at 2pm on the Eastern Shore at Spring Hill Cemetery, Easton MD
