Corporate Ladder Bracelet

Hi everyone!
So, I have been on a jewelry-making phase lately and below is my Corporate Ladder bracelet.  It is another variation of the Byzantine weave (it is one of my fave chain maille weaves).  Aluminum jump rings and a silver plated clasp were used.

RECIPE FOR CARD:
- My Heart Stamps 4 U stamps (angel, friendship, note)
- Red, white, and blue coordinating paper (the red and one of the blues preferably with a pretty design)
- Red marker (I have Tombow markers) and red cat's eye mini stamp pad
- Red flower accent w/ brad
- Spellbinders Nestabilities Labels One largest size die
- Cuttlebug D'vine Swirls Embossing folder

Craft tools:
- Paper Cutter, Sharp Scissors, Bone folder, Corner Rounder, 3-D adhesive, Zig 2-Way glue, Brayer, Paper Crimper, Cuttlebug and plates

INSTRUCTIONS FOR CARD:
- Cut the white cardstock at 6X12" and fold in half.  Round corners.  On the inside, stamp the note stamp using red marker.  On the remaining scrap paper, stamp the friendship sentiment and the angel.  Cut out and set aside.  Cut out a 4.5" square and set this aside also.
- Cut the colored papers in a 5.5" square and 5" square.  Round all corners.  Run the 5.5" square through a paper crimper.  Layer squares on front of card.
- Sponge the white border of the card using the red cat's eye stamp pad.
- Cut the remaining blue paper and the other red and blue papers in 1.5" squares for 9 squares total.  Glue the squares to 4.5" white square.  Use brayer to ensure paper is stuck well.
- Cut this square using Spellbinders die.  Use 3-D adhesive to 'pop' this to front of card.
- Attach flower to cut out friendship rectangle using a brad.  Glue angel to this and glue all of it to front of card.

Here is the inside of the card:
